Applications are open until 19 July 2026. Scholarship recipients will be announced on 3 August 2026. Applications are expected from field salespeople across the UK and places are limited.

The Greater Sales Academy Scholarship is designed primarily for ambitious frontline B2B field salespeople who want to accelerate their development and build confidence and performance faster.
We're Looking For People Who:
- Are early in their frontline field sales career
- Are committed to accelerating their development
- Want to develop faster than trial-and-error allows
- Are willing to learn, practise and implement new ideas
- Have clear goals and objectives to improve their sales performance
- Take ownership of their own development
Before Your Apply, Please Note:
- Applicants must be employed in a B2B field sales role
- UK-based applicants only
- Mastery recipients must attend weekly Practice Labs (Mondays, 4-5pm UK time)
- Sales leader support will be required if selected
- Some applicants may be invited to a second-stage assessment
How Selection Works

Sales Leader Support
If shortlisted, we'll contact your sales leader to confirm support for your application

Further Assessment
Some applicants may be invited to complete a short second-stage assessment.
Step-4
Scholarships Awarded
Successful applicants will be notified before recipients are publicly announced.
Applications close on 19 July 2026 and scholarship participation begins on 21 September 2026.

After more than 25 years helping organisations develop sales teams, I've seen first-hand how difficult the early years in frontline sales can be.
Many salespeople are expected to learn through experience, pick things up as they go and work out what good looks like for themselves. Some thrive. Many take longer than they should to build confidence and consistent performance.
That's one of the reasons I created the Greater Sales Academy.
To mark the launch of our Founding Cohort in 2026, we're making a number of fully funded scholarships available to ambitious frontline B2B field salespeople who want to accelerate their development.
My hope is that the scholarship helps talented salespeople access structured support earlier in their career, while also helping us build a strong founding community within the Academy.
